This is a beginner's effort to set up a means in which my friends, family, students, and I can share our ideas, feelings, and questions about books we've read. Currently, my students and I are concentrating on reading the 2009-2010 Rebecca Caudill Nominations.
I love your blog!!! Its a great place for me to talk about books. Mrs. wempen said she was probabaly going to talk to you about it and how its good or somthing like that. Are you going to add more books onto your blog? ? ? I hope so becuase this is a great place for reference for books so i hope you think about adding different books. :):):):):)

ReplyDeleteAnother book i enjoyed was the chasing yesterday series.
ReplyDeleteThe main character, who has no idea who she really is and where she came from, is out to find out about her past. She forgot everything after she was found near an explosion sight. She is put into a care facility and meets a boy who is so determined to help her. Can she figure herself out and get things set straight?
Has anybody read or heard of the Icemark Chronicles?
ReplyDeleteIt is about this one thirteen girl who's father has died in battle and she must fight against the great Scipio Bellorum. She must joins forces with a witch-warlock named Oskan and also monsters. Will she win and avenge her father or will she lose and her country be lost?

ReplyDeleteHey! Anybody read any books by John Grisham? If you haven't fyi he is very good. Found out that he was a lawyer himself before he started writing books. Most of his books that I have read dealt with the Mafia. If you read his books I hope you enjoy them!

ReplyDeleteIt hasnt been forgotten...i have read a book called Scarllet(sp.?) sorry i dont have my book currently with me. Its now my number one favorite book ever!!! I just finished yesterday and its amazing! I am going to read some of her other books. Its about a girl named scarllet(sp.?) and her life seems to be so messed up its not funny. Her mom fianly gives up and sends her to live with her dad, in Ireland. i dont want to say to much but when she gets to Ireland she tries to not fit in, which is weird since everybody i know tries to fit in.She meets a boy with a mysterious path, her dads new wife is pregnant with his baby,and there only two other kids there her age!! Just read it its so amazing!!!! :)
ReplyDeleteThank god. Well it sounds like a good book if it takes place in Ireland. Jk. Well anyways I finished my book a couple of months ago that I was writing and I am trying to get it published. I've sent like many emails about 10, hopefully they will respond. I'm reading a book called The Camel Club by david Baldacci and it's about these guys in this club and the Secret Service trying to figure out why all these famous terrorists are being murdered. Really greta book. Hope there's a new post up sometime.
